Hello there! We are graduate students at UC Berkeley, currently working with the Educational Placement Center to improve the enrollment experience for YOU. Your input is crucial to help us design a better experience for thousands of families who wish to enroll their children to the San Francisco Unified School District.

Please note, the survey is voluntary and answering every question is not mandatory. The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
