If you work at San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) you qualify for a higher ranking in the lottery for Shirley Chisholm Village.
SFUSD educators will rank highest in the lottery, followed by all other district employees.

3. Check if you qualify for housing lottery preferences
Lottery preferences give you a better chance in the housing lottery. Check:

Create an account on DAHLIA SF Housing Portal so you can:
- Fill in your application faster
- Save progress and come back later
- Track updates on your application
5. Apply by April 23
- Apply only one time per household or your application will be removed
- Submit your application by April 23, 2024 at 5 pm, Pacific Time
