SFUSD is dedicated to continuous improvement. As part of this process, we are establishing service standards that define what we want everyone, including job seekers and families, to experience when interacting with SFUSD schools and departments. Establishing standards is a key step to improving service.

These service standards will be paired with both training and monitoring.

Service standards serve as both expectations for employees to guide interactions and promises to our community.
